Shoe Heel

by Joy Nicholas

Shoe heels can really be a pain, literally, if you don't know how to choose the right one. You'll get several heel options here that may just prevent you from buying a leg breaker.

Heels come as flat, low, mid high and high heels. A flat heel is less than 5/8" long, a low heel is within the range of 5/8" to 1-1/4" long, a mid high heel is about 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" long, and a high heel is 2-3/4" and up long, each store may have its heels ranged in a different manner.

Yes, you can wear high heels but, keep these in mind.
If you wear high-heel too frequently, you may have a problem wearing low heeled and flat heeled shoes.
High heels may squeeze your feet into shoes at unnatural angles causing pains and bruises
and if you're fond of wearing heels that cram your toes together you may develop permanent medical conditions that may require surgery.

Yes, do wear high-heels but wear it infrequently and wear shoes with enough space for your toes to move. A 2" long high-heel is far far better for you than a 4" heel; it is more stable and comfortable. Whenever you buy shoes in the stores checked to see the set of heels options available for the shoes you bought.
